Technical Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead structured discovery workshops with engineering, product, business, and technical stakeholders
• Build and maintain detailed requirements matrices covering data types, system interfaces
• Own scope tracking and MVP boundary management, documenting agreed scope and ensuring changes are
• Maintain business glossaries, metadata standards, data governance documentation, and other
• Coordinate across concurrent workstreams to ensure consistency in data contracts, canonical
• Facilitate technical feasibility discussions, track open questions, and escalate risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in relevant field
• 5+ years as Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in data/analytics/tech with consulting
• Demonstrated experience facilitating structured discovery workshops
• Strong understanding of data platform and cloud architecture, including governance, metadata, data
• AWS data environment experience preferred (S3, Glue, Redshift, DataZone, Lake Formation)
• Experience with light project management
