Technical Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead structured discovery workshops with engineering, product, business, and technical stakeholders
• Build and maintain detailed requirements matrices covering data types, system interfaces
• Own scope tracking and MVP boundary management, documenting agreed scope and ensuring changes are
• Maintain business glossaries, metadata standards, data governance documentation, and other
• Coordinate across concurrent workstreams to ensure data contracts, architectural decisions, and
• Translate complex architecture and technology concepts into clear and stakeholder-ready

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst in data, analytics
• Demonstrated experience facilitating structured discovery workshops with technical and
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, data governance, metadata management, and data quality
• Experience with AWS data environments (S3, Glue, Redshift)
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
