Technical Business Analyst – ERP & Systems Implementation - Freelancer (full-time)

📋 Description

• Translate business processes into ERP configurations and system requirements.
• Lead and execute ERP implementations and module rollouts.
• Run data migrations between systems, including cleansing, mapping, and validation.
• Set up integrations between platforms (ERP, CRM, finance tools, data warehouses).
• Configure and stand up small ERP instances for testing and rollout.
• Document business processes, architecture, and configurations for others to follow.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of core finance processes and ERP mapping.
• Experience implementing at least one ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar).
• 3–6 years in consulting, implementation, or transformation.
• Ability to run workshops and translate requirements into functional specs.
• Comfortable with SQL and reading/modifying scripts (Python/JavaScript).
• Familiar with APIs and integration concepts; testing endpoints (e.g., Postman).
