Technical Business Development Strategist – Transmission Planning

📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic market development plans across the North American transmission
• Research utilities, transmission owners, and ISO/RTOs, including transmission expansion plans
• Monitor developments from FERC, NERC, regional entities, state regulators, utilities, and ISO/RTOs
• Track emerging bulk power system challenges, including data center and large-load integration
• Identify organizations facing technical or regulatory challenges that align with available
• Develop data-informed target client lists, account strategies, and business development goals in

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related
• Bring at least 7 years of experience in transmission planning, power systems engineering, electric
• Demonstrate significant hands-on experience performing or overseeing transmission system studies
• Have experience working with electric utilities, transmission owners, ISO/RTOs, or other bulk power
• Understand how transmission planning organizations operate and how planning, operations
• Demonstrate experience developing technical scopes, proposals, study plans, engineering
