📋 Description

• Lead continuous improvements of our Quality Assurance Framework, ensuring technical excellence
• Deal with complex indemnity referrals applying all relevant legislation and delivering swift
• Develop and refine best-practice documentation, keeping our teams equipped with cutting-edge claims
• Train, mentor, and develop our claims team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and
• Monitor, analyse, and report on claims initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimise
• Collaborate cross-functionally with experts across Fraud, Data, Product Management, Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of hands-on motor claims experience within an insurance company, ideally within
• Excellent technical claims knowledge from handling and/or auditing a wide variety of claims across
• Experience of dealing with indemnity referrals and confidence making nuanced decisions around
• A natural leader, confident in your ideas but adaptable to change, thriving in a fast-paced and
• CII Certificate is a plus, but your expertise and impact matter most.
