Provide early feedback on deployed services via Production Readiness
Create, maintain and enhance monitoring, alerting and debugging capabilities
Collaborate with Engineering to implement performance improvements (latency, CPU)
Communicate changes to stakeholders and schedule deployments
Support on-prem and AWS platforms; 24x7 on-call; manage capacity and SLIs/SLOs
