Technical Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead deployment projects to ensure long-term customer success.
• Provide hands-on post-sales implementation and deployment services.
• Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements.
• Communicate technical and functional details to customers and partners.
• Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation; mentor customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Support, Product Management; travel up to 25%.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
• Software development experience (Java, Ruby, .NET, PHP, REST/JSON, etc).
• Experience with JavaScript and major frameworks (Backbone, Angular, Ember, React, etc).
• Familiar with API management using Mulesoft, Axway or Apigee preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and enterprise on-premise IT landscapes; identity lifecycle processes.
• SaaS deployment experience: Salesforce, Box, Office 365, Workday and HR as master for identities.
