📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers during the pre-sales cycle — scoping custom
• Own the technical strategy for each engagement — from initial scoping and architecture through
• Design and deliver scalable, customized solutions — including AI-augmented workflows — that
• Lead post-sales delivery from kickoff through close — owning the project lifecycle, writing and
• Partner with Implementation Managers to coordinate project delivery, maintain momentum, and hold a
• Drive regional alignment with global Technical Services standards — raising the bar on delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant
• 3+ years of hands-on programming with Python or Node.js (required), deep fluency with REST APIs
• Experience in pre-sales and post-sales technical roles — comfortable scoping and delivering complex
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools — including LLMs, AI coding assistants, and agentic
• Systems thinker — architectures for scale, anticipates failure modes, and builds with long-term
• Technically current on AI/ML tooling, developer platform trends, and emerging automation patterns
