Maintain IRT systems; oversee support; mitigate risks with client/vendors.
Lead system change controls for studies during maintenance.
Design data integration specs between IRT and other eClinical solutions.
Create data review plans for IRT systems; ensure timely reviews.
Act as primary escalation point for Customer Care; troubleshoot issues.
