Technical Consultant, D365

📋 Description

• Serve as primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise D365 accounts.
• Advise customers and Ramp teams on D365 integration and design.
• Partner with Activation/Management to plan scalable D365 solutions.
• Collaborate with onboarding to support technical workstreams.
• Troubleshoot D365 integration blockers and guide configurations.
• Define financial & technical success criteria from onboarding to expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting or similar customer-facing role.
• 3+ years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Deep knowledge of D365 finance, GL, AP, and legal entities.
• Comfort with APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
