Maintain the team's IRT systems, overseeing the support process and client coordination
Lead system change controls for studies during the maintenance phase
Design study data integration specs between IRT and other systems
Create data review plans for IRT systems and ensure timely reviews
Travel to client sites to attend meetings and conduct user trainings

🎯 Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree required
Interpersonal and communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Analytical thinking
Ability to understand technical systems and troubleshoot
