📋 Description

• Provide expert consultation and configuration for Instructure products
• Support implementations for new and existing customers
• Work with data pipelines and write basic code/scripting
• Diagnose issues and propose technical solutions
• Ensure documentation is current and accessible
• Communicate clearly with customers and teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 2+ years in SaaS implementations or tech support
• Identity provider auth: CAS, SAML, LDAP, OAuth
• Experience with SQL and relational data models
• Experience with APIs
• Some programming language experience
