📋 Description

  • Lead CMDB architecture design, governance, and scalability.
  • Own and manage ServiceNow Discovery configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Design integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub.
  • Define CMDB data models, CIs, relationships, and reconciliation rules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into CMDB solutions.
  • Perform CMDB health checks and data normalization for quality.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • CMDB expertise (mandatory) and Discovery (mandatory).
  • Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs) (mandatory).
  • CMDB data modeling, CI relationships, and governance frameworks.
  • Integration Hub experience, external system integrations, API-based architecture.
  • ITSM knowledge; other modules as secondary focus.
  • Scripting skills: JavaScript and Glide APIs.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – Discovery/CMDB preferred).
