📋 Description

  • Translate client requirements into user stories and tasks.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM and Service Portal.
  • Conduct workshops and demos for stakeholders and end users.
  • Lead in crafting, enhancing, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Capture client needs in meetings and convert to tasks.
  • Perform integrations: REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including hands-on development and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations.
  • Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to audiences.
  • Customize ServiceNow apps using scripting, workflows, BRs, and UI policies.
  • SNOW certifications: System Administrator, Application Developer or Implementation Specialist preferred.
  • Experience with HRSD or GRC is a plus.
