Technical Consultant - ServiceNow ITSM

📋 Description

• Translate client requirements into user stories and tasks for devs
• Customize ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM (Discovery, CMDB)
• Lead workshops and demos for stakeholders and end users
• Build and integrate custom Service Portals; REST, SOAP, MID Server
• Maintain Discovery/CMDB; develop scripts (BRs, UI Policies, Client)
• Mentor juniors; work in Agile with sprint planning and backlog grooming

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation
• Expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, ITOM, CMDB, HAM
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• Scripting, workflows, BRs, and UI policies to meet client needs
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certifications preferred
• Experience with HRSD or GRC modules a plus
