Technical Consultant - ServiceNow ITSM (Night Shift)

📋 Description

• Translate client requirements into user stories and tasks for dev team
• Customize ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB)
• Conduct workshops and demos for stakeholders and end users
• Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure high-quality delivery
• Lead crafting and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Participate in client meetings to capture needs and translate to development tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience
• Expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB), HAM
• Excellent communication to convey technical concepts to varied audiences
• Customize ServiceNow with scripting, workflows, BRs, and UI policies
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA/CAD/CIS preferred
• Experience with HRSD or GRC modules
