📋 Description

• Produce technical training videos (script, record, edit) for product use cases.
• Design technical training slides for ILT, webinars, and SME events; leverage AI.
• Build hands-on labs and test scenarios to practice configurations and troubleshooting.
• Support certification tracks by creating prep content and labs.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, solutions engineers, and SMEs for accuracy.
• Iterate content using learner feedback and stakeholder input.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years creating technical training content (videos, slides, e-learning, ILT).
• Experience with hands-on labs or test scenarios for technical products.
• Comfort with video production/editing tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe).
• Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint or similar).
• Ability to translate complex technical material for varied audiences.
• Instructional design skills; structure learning plans and assets.
