📋 Description

• Build functional peer-to-peer applications and infrastructure prototypes using Pear and Bare with a
• Develop practical demonstrations such as P2P chat, file synchronization, data replication, and
• Record clear, polished technical screen-share walkthroughs and video demonstrations that explain
• Translate complex protocol changes, cryptographic concepts, runtime capabilities, and technical

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in a technical role such as technical content creation, solutions
• Strong programming skills, particularly with technologies such as Node.js, C, or C++, and the
• Solid understanding of peer-to-peer networking, distributed systems, decentralized application
• Ability to independently explore technical infrastructure, build working prototypes, troubleshoot
• Experience producing polished technical screen recording, video tutorials, terminal demonstrations
• Strong technical writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex engineering
