  • Perform timely technical support and issue management for our products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with peers and partner groups.

  • Interface with D&B teams to define technical requirements and resolve issues.
  • Provide technical expertise and validate solutions against customer needs.
  • Serve as SME on how D&B systems work and guide customers.
  • Recommend system/process/product enhancements from experience.

  • Bachelor99s degree with 5038 years of related experience.
  • Experience viewing, extracting, transferring, storing, and manipulating data.
  • Strong JavaScript proficiency.
  • CRM administration experience (e.g., Salesforce/SFDC).
  • Intermediate SQL experience is a plus; API experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
