Technical Customer Enablement & Training Manager

📋 Description

• Own onboarding from setup to platform adoption
• Deliver live trainings and onboarding programs for enterprise clients
• Translate workflows and data concepts into actionable steps for marketing teams
• Build scalable enablement playbooks and training materials
• Support marketing ops workflows: CRM automation, reporting, campaigns
• Partner with marketing/content teams on SEO and enablement
• Act as trusted technical advisor for customers lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in customer enablement, success, marketing ops, or training
• Experience at a recognized tech company strongly preferred
• Hands-on with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for workflows, reporting, or training
• Remote work experience with Slack/Zoom/Google Workspace/Asana, US/UK exposure
• Excellent communication to teach technical concepts to non-technical users
