Technical Customer Service (GC MS)

📋 Description

• Complies with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
• Manage projects, being responsible for the entire order processing workflow (e.g., sample receipt
• Performs secondary or upper level review of laboratory data calculations, integrations and
• Performs secondary or upper level review, as needed, surrounding third party subcontract laboratory
• Responsible for recognizing and correcting errors in lab results committed throughout the analysis
• Responsible for high quality and integrity of release of reports prior sending to customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor of Science degree (Chemistry preferred) from an internationally accredited
• A minimum of 2 years’ prior experience with data processing (equivalent to Data Validator)
• Prior experience with Data Review of lab results.
• Experience with headspace, gas chromatography, FID, mass spectrometry, possibly thermodesorption
• Hands-on lab experience or training with actual or related methods to be reviewed.
• Demonstrated commitment to data quality and operational excellence.
