Technical Delivery Engineer

📋 Description

• Complete project-specific training and client onboarding before deployment, then execute work
• Receive, inventory, inspect, and stage equipment, flagging anything damaged, missing, or incorrect
• Install All-In-One (AIO) devices, cameras, and accessories, including power, network, display, and
• Perform rip-and-replace work and decommission legacy equipment
• Test and validate installs: device connectivity, camera and PTZ function, two-way audio, room
• Record serial numbers, asset tags, and locations; upload install photos; and complete QA checklists

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on
• 2+ years in technical deployments, field services, desktop support, or hardware implementation
• Experience installing and troubleshooting endpoint devices, cameras, peripherals, and
• Comfort following deployment procedures, work instructions, and installation standards
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel-based tracking tools, and collaboration platforms
