Technical Delivery Engineer

📋 Description

• Be the first technical resolver for the Delivery Managers, handling configuration edge cases
• Get hands on the build directly: workflows, mailboxes, key settings, category and job tags
• Hold the escalation boundary, deciding what can be solved inside Delivery versus what genuinely
• Turn one-off fixes into team capability by creating playbooks, templates, tooling, snippets
• Level up the team's technical skillset to handle more in-house over time
• Feed recurring patterns back to Product and Engineering to fix root causes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role with exposure to maritime, shipping, commodities or
• Hands-on configuration: track record of configuring enterprise software for customers
• Integrations: practical experience with APIs, data mapping and third-party system integrations
• Solution design: able to run discovery with business users and design for the underlying problem
• Engineering credibility: confident engaging engineering leads and technical stakeholders directly
• Independent operator: comfortable holding named accountability across multiple accounts
