Technical Delivery Engineer Lead

📋 Description

• Lead a team of 3 to 5 contractors: assign daily tasks and locations, provide technical direction
• Run daily stand-ups and report progress, issues, and completed work to the Sr. Technical Delivery
• Serve as the team's first point of escalation for technical issues, site readiness concerns, and
• Confirm the team has completed required training, credentialing, and site access requirements
• Perform and oversee receiving, inventory, inspection, and staging of equipment, flagging anything
• Install All-In-One (AIO) devices, cameras, and accessories, including power, network, display, and

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on
• 5+ years in technical deployments, field services, desktop support, or hardware implementation
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of 3 to 5 people and directing others on technical execution
• Experience installing and troubleshooting endpoint devices, cameras, peripherals, and
• Comfort following and enforcing deployment procedures, work instructions, and installation standards
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to hold a team
