Technical Delivery Lead

📋 Description

• Own squad delivery, including planning, estimation, risk and issue management, stakeholder
• Align the product roadmap, technical runway, and available capacity.
• Set realistic commitments, anticipate risks and dependencies, remove blockers, and drive recovery
• Ensure every release is secure, tested, supportable, and operationally ready; escalate early with
• Communicate with key stakeholders about deliveries, issues, and risks; be a leader in the
• Work with Product Owners, analysts, and architects to clarify needs, challenge gaps, and shape

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, technical leadership, or technology
• Proven ownership of complex digital products or platforms
• Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams
• Strong Java / Angular full-stack understanding across applications, APIs, integration, data
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms through phased migration or coexistence strategies
• Practical knowledge of API-led and event-driven integration, data-intensive applications, CI/CD
