📋 Description

• Lead onboarding and configuration of Bug Bounty, VDR, Red Team, and pentest programs.
• Translate customer security needs into tailored program designs and configurations.
• Conduct technical program reviews, kickoff meetings, and walkthroughs with customers.
• Troubleshoot platform integrations, vulnerability workflows, and reporting.
• Act as a technical contact during launches; ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with CRM and sales to align delivery with customer expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (implementation, solutions, PM, or PS).
• Deep knowledge of pentest, bug-bounty and red-team methodologies.
• Strong problem solving and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-facing mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
