Technical Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology and cybersecurity initiatives across multiple
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology leaders to shape business requirements and
• Manage demand intake, prioritisation, delivery planning, and execution of new capabilities and
• Apply appropriate delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid
• Identify, manage, and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments while maintaining
• Establish and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Programme Management
• Strong experience delivering complex technology programmes using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid
• Deep understanding of Agile SDLC concepts, including product backlogs, features, user stories
• Proven experience managing cross-functional Agile teams operating within distributed and global
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand technical designs
