📋 Description

• Delivery leadership for complex, multi-market e-commerce projects.
• Pilot rollouts and manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks end to end.
• Coordinate market-specific delivery while aligning with global standards.
• Advise on SAFe delivery, PI Planning, and feature-level tracking.
• Drive day-to-day delivery: web performance, security, test automation, and partner management.
• Collaborate with business, technical teams, and vendors to unblock delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Delivery Manager/Technical PM experience in a multi-team tech environment.
• Strong e-commerce delivery experience with hands-on SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) exposure.
• Hybrid of PM discipline and technical understanding; credible with engineers and architects.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe, PI Planning, and feature tracking.
• Familiarity with web performance, security, test automation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing external partners and system integrators; excellent stakeholder communication.
