Technical Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead design, build, and operations of modern data platforms for enterprise customers.
• Ensure reliable delivery and continuous improvement of cloud data environments.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and global teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership during major incidents, driving resolution, RCA, and remediation.
• Drive delivery best practices and process improvements across Managed Services.
• Work in a remote-first, distributed team focused on outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical management, IT architecture, or delivery in data.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure.
• Cloud data tech: Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow, Databricks, Synapse.
• Led ops teams on large projects with backlog (Epics/Stories/Tasks).
• Experience scoping/planning large-scale infrastructure or data platform initiatives.
• Incident ownership and RCAs; strong communication.
