Technical Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery across assigned client engagements, including planning, execution cadence
• Lead delivery rhythms covering sprint planning, backlog management, execution tracking, releases
• Ensure delivery teams follow agreed engineering standards, technical direction, and delivery
• Translate client business problems into clear technical direction and ensure teams remain aligned
• Lead product demonstrations and customer-facing sessions, ensuring solutions are clearly
• Act as the primary delivery lead across engagements, extending traditional project management

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 8+ years of experience in software delivery environments, with significant responsibility for
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of modern software development practices, system design
• Have hands-on experience delivering projects within Agile environments such as Scrum, Kanban, or
• Be familiar with at least one major cloud platform, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, as well as modern
• Have proven ability to manage delivery planning, execution, dependencies, and risks across multiple
• Be proficient with delivery and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
