Technical Delivery Manager (DoW)

📋 Description

• Manage and deliver Appian-based solutions for customers.
• Partner with Sales, Partners, and Customer Success to drive growth.
• Lead project management, account management, and stakeholder relationships.
• Define roadmaps, use cases, and business cases with customers.
• Provide trusted technology guidance and align delivery with goals.
• HQ-based, in-office 4–5 days/week in McLean, VA.

🎯 Requirements

• DoD experience; Army/Navy/USAF contracts preferred.
• 5+ years in agile delivery; 1 year leading a team.
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, CS, IS, Mathematics or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration or EAI; enterprise data management.
• Intellectual curiosity, bias for action, thrive in ambiguity; excellent communication.
