Technical Delivery Manager (State & Local Government)

📋 Description

• Manage and deliver Appian-based solutions for customers.
• Lead agile delivery for Appian-led engagements; manage risks.
• Partner with Sales, Partners, CS to drive growth at strategic accounts.
• Oversee project, account management, relationships, and strategy.
• Qualify opportunities and define use cases; support demand generation.
• Build business cases and investments with customers.

🎯 Requirements

• State & Local Government contracts experience
• 5+ years agile delivery; 1+ year team leadership
• BS/BA in Engineering, CS, IS, Math or related
• Willingness to travel 20% or less annually
• ERP/CRM/BPM/Data Integration/EAI and enterprise architecture
• Value selling methods; build compelling business benefits
• Intellectual curiosity, bias for action, and strong communication
