5+ years in agile delivery with at least 1 year leading a team
Proven experience managing a book of business with financial metrics
Experience leading enterprise-scale technology programs with architects and designers
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IS, Math, or related field
Willingness to travel up to 20% annually
Experience with ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, or Data Integration Architecture/EAI
