Technical Delivery Manager (State & Local Government)

📋 Description

• Lead agile delivery for Appian-led engagements.
• Manage risk and remove impediments to delivery.
• Partner with sales and customers to grow strategic accounts.
• Define project use cases, roadmaps, and demand generation.
• Develop business cases to support investments.
• Maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven background supporting State & Local Government contracts.
• 5+ years in agile delivery; at least 1 year leading a team.
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% annually.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology programs.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/BPM or data integration architecture.
