Technical Deployment Lead

📋 Description

• Onsite role at West Coast U.S. data centers with up to 60% travel on a rotational basis.
• Support expansion of CoreWeave data centers across the U.S. and Canada.
• Infrastructure delivery, on-site team training, and hardware/network diagnostics.
• Perform on-site QA/QC audits and provide global data center technical support.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient with Linux and hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with data center cut sheets and technical documentation.
• Strong cable management, hardware orientation, and project ownership.
• Excellent communication with network engineers and project managers.
• Willingness to travel widely and work in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable in elevated locations; flexible for travel.
