🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
• Deep expertise in RTL design, verification, EDA tooling.
• Experience leading large, complex customer engagements (AI).
• Excel in ambiguity; simplify complex work.
• Map workflows; translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Ship AI/LLM systems; understand production pitfalls.
