๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Organize design deliverables and lead production of construction documents with internal teams and consultants.
  • Prepare design docs, drawings, details, schedules and specs using Revit for construction-ready outputs.
  • Lead design team meetings with sub-consultants to coordinate packages and ensure accuracy.
  • Attend project sites to anticipate challenges and provide technical guidance to construction teams.
  • Identify, report, and mitigate risks in design projects, maintaining safety and ethical standards.
  • Implement Unispace design standards and processes to enhance studio capability.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Extensive, proven experience in interior design.
  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited school.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and advanced BIM knowledge up to Level 2.
  • BCAR and BCMS knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Accreditation in LEED, NCARB, NCIDQ and/or WELL is a bonus.
