📋 Description

• Develop accurate, production-ready sewing patterns based on technical specifications, measurements
• Create and maintain pattern grading across required size ranges, ensuring consistent and
• Review samples and fitting results and make pattern adjustments to address fit, measurement, and
• Apply knowledge of different fabric types, including woven, knit, stretch, lace, and elastic
• Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers to troubleshoot pattern, fit, sewing, and
• Interpret technical packs, measurement specifications, construction details, sketches, and approved

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 3+ years of experience in garment pattern making, preferably within an apparel
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, measurements, grading, and pattern development.
• Experience creating production-ready patterns for sewn garments.
• Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software such as Gerber AccuMark, Lectra, Optitex, or similar
• Experience with digital pattern grading and pattern modification.
• Strong understanding of different fabric types and how fabric characteristics affect pattern
