📋 Description

  • Create designs, concepts, and wireframes based on layout principles
  • Work with Designers, QA and Engineering to implement improvements
  • Collaborate with usability researchers to set KPIs and help achieve goals

  • Refine designs to improve UX of the product
  • Manage feature/customer escalations and support issues

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)
  • Customer-obsessed and driven to excel
  • Strong communication and collaboration
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking
