Collaborate on a multi-disciplinary team to deliver end-to-end instructional design for EdTech content
Produce cohesive learning modules and activities across a growing content library
Create and implement animations and visuals with pedagogical relevance
Partner with content specialists, PMs, UX/UI, and engineers to create interactive experiences
Apply UX/UI design, integration design, and systems thinking to new activities
Drive the playtest feedback loop, translating findings into changes

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in design, product design, or interactive content
Scripting/modding in a game engine (Unreal, Blueprints, Lua, Godot)
Basic UI/UX sensibilities
Track record of rapid prototyping
Holistic experience quality and empathy for users
Cross-functional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams at startup pace
Portfolio with instructional design/interactive content/animation (include link)
