Diagnose and resolve performance, stability, and scalability issues in live games.
Own high-priority creator escalations; participate in on-call rotation and incidents.
Communicate clearly between creators and internal teams with timely updates.
Build internal tools and workflow automation (e.g., Python) to speed responses.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in game or interactive experience development.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
Hands-on Roblox experience or comparable creator platforms.
Deep understanding of Roblox, Roblox Studio, and the creator ecosystem.
Strong expertise in performance optimization, debugging, and profiling.
Proficiency in Lua; scripting for tooling; familiarity with Python, C#, .NET.
