Assess the technical design of new building concepts
Lead the building and MEP design process related to logistics/datacentre designs
Lead contractor tendering including contract negotiation and manage construction projects end-to-end
Prepare all technical matters of new energy infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

Master degree as civil engineer (construction) or equivalent
Technical expertise and strong project management skills
Ability to coordinate and work on several projects
Fluent in English
Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus
