📋 Description

• Complete three separate professional work assignments over three years in areas such as
• Develop a well-rounded skill set through each assignment
• Be paired with a mentor for career development
• Create a personalized development plan
• Obtain customized training for individual growth
• Report to department managers in each assignment

🎯 Requirements

• Completing final year of a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical
• Must graduate with a bachelor's degree prior to intended full-time start date
• Demonstrate leadership skills (e.g., extracurricular activities or projects)
• Mobility is key; may require at least one assignment in U.S. Operations Plants and rotations to
• Minimum of one internship or co-op completed
• Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher preferred
