📋 Description

• Architect and design products/tools across game engine, pipeline, DCC, and web.
• Act as domain expert for feasibility and risk management.
• Collaborate with studio leadership to identify common tech needs and drive shared-tool adoption.
• Perform technical due diligence and high-level estimations for new initiatives.
• Offer technical direction and mentorship to leads across the organization.
• Define engineering standards for the organization and hold leads accountable.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building scalable AWS solutions in a leadership role.
• Vast experience in AAA game development.
• Shipped multiple titles in lead or technical director roles.
• Experience creating and deploying centralized tools improving developer productivity.
• Strong understanding of architecture and design patterns across multiple domains.
• Ability to influence technical direction across independent studios without direct authority.
