Technical Due Diligence Manager – Data Centers

📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary due diligence programs for data center and AI infrastructure projects.
• Define and coordinate engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility, permitting
• Manage external engineering firms and consultants throughout the due diligence process.
• Evaluate findings and provide recommendations to support investments.
• Identify technical risks: constructability, utilities, permitting, zoning, schedules.
• Prepare technical reports and executive summaries; develop playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate
• 5 to 10 years in technical due diligence, infrastructure development, or large-scale projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering, environmental, and technical consultants.
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, zoning, permitting
• Ability to interpret complex studies and translate findings into business recommendations; strong
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience engaging executive stakeholders.
