Technical Due Diligence Manager - Data Centers, EMEA

📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for data centers and related infra opportunities.
• Define and manage the technical evaluation scope including engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility, permitting, and entitlements.
• Assess feasibility, identify constraints, and provide recommendations to support investment decisions.
• Evaluate risks related to site conditions, utilities, connectivity, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage external engineering consultants and technical partners from scope to final recommendations.
• Translate complex technical studies into clear business recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in technical due diligence, site development, or large-scale projects.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary assessments and managing external consultants.
• Strong geotechnical, environmental, permitting, utilities, and construction knowledge.
• Ability to translate engineering docs into strategic business recommendations.
• Excellent project management and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s in Civil Eng, Architecture, Construction Mgmt, or related field.
