Technical Enablement Associate

📋 Description

• Learn Ping products and foundational identity and access management concepts, and apply that
• Configure, test, refresh, and troubleshoot demo, lab, and proof-of-concept environments; document
• Create, update, and repurpose technical enablement materials, including quick-start guides, lab
• Execute defined test cases, validate product workflows, document defects or gaps, and communicate
• Support onboarding, training sessions, workshops, and other live or virtual enablement events
• Support the Technical Enablement Program Manager with task tracking, schedules, meeting

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer-facing or communication-focused roles.
• Basic programming or scripting experience in a language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, Bash, or
