📋 Description

• Lead foundational enablement webinars across topics with consistency and clarity.
• Deliver tailored enablement trainings to meet customer goals, maintaining CSAT.
• Update and iterate foundational content to match evolving customer needs.
• Partner with Sales/CS/TEM leadership to scope enablement and drive adoption.
• Mentor new hires and share best practices in enablement delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Technical Services for actionable feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a technical trainer or enablement professional
• Strong observability and cloud-native foundation
• AWS/Azure/GCP and automation tooling experience
• Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Track record of high CSAT in training engagements
• Hands-on with automation tooling (Python/JS, CI/CD, containers)
