Technical Enablement, Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain technical certification programs and onboarding curricula.
• Own the enablement curriculum lifecycle from needs analysis to delivery and sunset.
• Build a library of field-ready assets (eLearning, playbooks, guides) using AI tools.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and GTM to translate concepts into field content.
• Design and deliver demo excellence programs for SEs, AEs, and partners.
• Define and track enablement KPIs like time-to-productivity and win rate.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical enablement or related SaaS training roles with measurable impact.
• Translate complex concepts into field-ready content for non-technical audiences.
• Experience building technical cert programs, onboarding curricula, and blended learning.
• Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning.
• Proficiency with LMS/LXP, Salesforce, Gong, and AI-assisted authoring tools.
• Experience embedding AI tools into workflows, training others, and measuring adoption.
• Familiarity with web platforms; WordPress/Drupal/Next.js a plus.
