📋 Description

• Manage and deliver industry and mechanical-engineering training for new hires.
• Own discovery and demo certification for Account Executives end to end.
• Build and maintain industry fluency curriculum and onboarding content.
• Run live technical coaching sessions for new hires and reps.
• Establish a certification renewal cycle and keep curriculum current.
• Deliver product trainings with PMM and Solutions Engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years as Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer with hundreds of demos.
• Direct mechanical-engineering, manufacturing, enablement or product design background.
• Deep, hands-on CAD and PLM tool knowledge.
• Natural teaching and coaching aptitude; formal training welcome.
• Experience building or contributing to technical enablement curriculum.
• Collaborative with Product and PMM; bridge between field and product.
